Delivery

Items are shipped by Canada Post from Quebec City in Canada.
Make sure you enter your address correctly so that the package arrives at the correct destination. You can send an order to a different address than the billing address.

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders leave the workshop within 3 to 5 working days of receipt of payment. If the deadline is extended, we will contact you to notify you.

Customs charges may apply and be claimed by the carrier upon receipt of the package. Each country/region has its own laws and policies regarding customs policies.

Returns policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To make an exchange, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.Exchanges are made within 30 days of receiving them. Shipping costs are not refundable.

If you are shipping an item valued at more than $ 75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.

REFUND

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, if applicable, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within days.
