All our jewelry is made of pewter with a few surgical steel components including clasps, rings and chains.
Tin and surgical steel are hypoallergenic.

Pewter is a metal that keeps its shine over time and requires very little maintenance.
An occasional maintenance with a metal polishing cloth will preserve their shine.
Do not use gold and silver cleaning fluids.
Items are shipped by Canada Post from Quebec City in Canada. Make sure you enter your address correctly so that the package arrives at the correct destination. You can send an order to a different address than the billing address.
Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders leave the workshop within 3 to 5 working days of receipt of payment. If the deadline is extended, we will contact you to notify you.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To make an exchange, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.Exchanges are made within 30 days of receiving them. Shipping costs are not refundable.
